I woke up at 10 am. I was very tired. There are no vacancies at this hostel. Most people staying in hostels are young, there are some middle-aged, but most Russian people are decent.
So I booked "Ostrovok" for two nights. It's about 12 and I headed toward the hotel.

This hostel is better. Laundry is 100 Rubles. Slippers are free. They let me check-in right away. Water is free. And it's much closer to the metro. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets for men.
I booked a tour at 3 pm. I stopped by Eurospar for some food, and I had a slice of pizza and some bread roll. And I watched the film "Спасибо, родная" again, which featured Kamila Valieva returning to Kazan. At 2:30 pm we are going for the excusion.

I left the hostel and headed toward the excusion, and there are those teenagers again. "Как тебя зовут?" "Меня зовут Дима". The guide's name is Беннис, but whenever I say it, they burst out laughing. He is 15 years old.
I am going on the excusion. The tour guide speaks and everyone has an earphone in one ear. We got on a bus.

We approached the mosque. All women put on head scarves.

Some people prayed. I am secular.
The bus dropped us off at the edge of Kremlin. There are many happy young people enjoying their life on the lawns.

So this is where Kamila Valieva first started skating.

At least the temperature is normal today. I got back to the hostel at 7 pm and I was exhausted. I didn't want to do anything else. The south Asian and black people in the hostels are always cooking - I think they can't afford anything other than supermarket food. They were speaking a foreign language loudly, with a really bad odor, and taking up most of the space. The whole hostel is filled with smells from Kitchen 2. Earlier today, I went into the restroom, and someone didn't even turn on the light when he was inside the stall. Thank god these people don't live in the same dorm room as me, and my room is half empty. But I guess we better live in hotels in the future - I chose to live in hostels myself.
I fell asleep suddenly around midnight.
